Need help with admin groups

Ok so we are developing a darkrp server and one of the devs started messing with ulx admin groups and broke them so we cant do anything and we cannot grab TDM Cars. So i looked online and found a post on here that said to remove the ulib stuff and i did. Well restarted the server came back the original groups were there worked fine. But the Groups we made were there also and still dont work. I need to find a way to make it all work. like is there something extra i need to delete. ive deleted everything with them and re installed them both. please help

You want to delete the groups you made? Easiest is through XGUI.

I want to fix them. when i delete the folders they ares still there. and they wont let me do anything when i delete the group in xgui and add them back.

Im trying to make it to where the owner group can pick up cars. right now we cant pick up any cars even the default gmod ones

ULX does not modify anything about your ability to pickup/touch vehicles.

Well if you were able to pick up cars before and then lost that ability after your developer messed up the groups then you could try factory resetting ULX. However if it didn't work before, it's likely that the cars addon checks for superadmin or admin status, or possibly something else. It's best to check with the author of the car addon. I'm not sure if the TDM car addon restricts your ability to pick up cars, that might be DarkRP (or FAdmin, or some prop protection addon).
