We no longer ship a MOTD file, since we support Workshop and Workshop won't let us do that. You can create one for ULX to use, though.

EDIT:
If you want the old MOTD before it was removed, you can retrieve it here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TeamUlysses/ulx/95efb2bf4948ed84005af3cc42a9e092e9f0b97c/ulx_motd.txt

Replace what?

If you want to use the old MOTD, just download it and use it like you used to.

I mean, how can i replace the old motd?
Because,
when i put the new ulx_motd.txt in my ulx folder in addons,
then the new motd will show up, i think so.

How can i make the ulx_motd.txt load? Not the other? Or is it automacilly?
(Sry for bad eng)
