k i just had to reinstall me server and i got the new version of both stuff but i can make me admin

i coyed my users file before i deleted my old server and tried using that but nothing

im super sad

   can some one help me out
the mod works i see it in my server but i cant use it
and if it is as simple as reading something please don't hesitate on calling me stupid but please tell me were i can find it

what im saying is my server dosent see me as admin i did all o could for ulx this is what my user file lookes like

im sorry im new to the site last time IE the old version was easer to use

and it still says that im not allowed to use this command like kick or ban slap ect

i used ur users log that u posted but it still odsent work

is it still the same location to install into users cause thats what the read me says


im really sorry if i seem like a frustration but i gotta get my server up agen since i am in a  gmod clan and our practice is tomarrow

all i can say is that i downloaded ur ulx and ulib
I PUT IT INTO MY DEDICATED SERVER
I THEN went to users and fallowed the steps u told me about and that other guy but befor that i tyred using the ormats that was in the ulib file

i then went inot my server and TRIED USING THE !MENU STUFF IT SAYS I AM NOT ALLOWED TO USE THAT ANY OF THE TABS THAT IS
and i did put me in as super admin like this : and it still dosent work
