This is caused by the addon UTime. If you don't need time-tracking capabilities, simply remove this addon and you should be fine.

What gamemode?
Latest version of UTime from our Github site won't show other players to non-admins in Murder.

And if TTT, enable disguiser.

If not Murder or TTT, UTime doesn't have this capability as-is.

Have you tried... BEING the box marked with the red square?  You’ll find it’s not easy to remove boxes marked with red squares when you’re currently also a box marked with a red square.

Zyklus, your posts never cease to confound. To answer the primary question, you would have to modify the code. It's a fairly easy mod.
