ULX Config not generating

every time the server restarts ULX permissions reset. The MOTD also said it cant find the config file.

There was a template you erased when making your post.
Please answer it's questions.

Run ulx version from game console and post results.
List what gamemode you're running.
List any Lua errors you are getting in server console during startup and player connect.
