Is there something out there for FREE that once a player sends the money to my paypal they get their rank. I currently can't afford to buy anything and im only young. Thanks for the help in advanced :D

I am kidding. I am not aware of anything like this, outside of using a forum as a bridge for payments. I'd recommend you just manage the list manually. It's not as hard as you think.

I've had a search or two, but the only ones I can find are on ScriptFodder, and cost around £15. Sorry.
