Ranks not saving

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v.. 3.61
ULX v.. 13.3.24

Hey everytime a admin joins the server there rank is set back to user, beside me and 2 others. I have re installed ulx and removed data files changed ULib.UCL_LOAD_DEFAULT to false, looked in users.txt. I have ran out of ideas of trying to fix. Please help

i found this same problem on another server i helped. try reinstalling ulx. thats what fixed the other server

How large (in kB) is your users.txt (garrysmod/data/ulib/users.txt)?

Have you tried doing a fresh install of Garry's Mod and testing with just ULX and ULib?

I found out what the problem was, there was something wrong with the 'db' file. I removed it then it worked

Will, I can guarantee you that your issue wasn't ULib or ULX related then.
We do not use server.db for any group access storage.
Additionally, your posted ULX version is "off".
Though XGUI has version numbers like that, ULX itself should report 3.71 or similar, not 13+
