Need help about server addon files

Hello, I was having an issue with the server addons and the workshop.Lua it did not force players to download the addons so I deleted the workshop.Lua, I redid that then I redid my steam collection. now everything is working. But now everytime I restart my server these ds_3534534.gma keep downloading in the server addon folder??? I already use the gmodext added the files to the server.. why does it keep downloading the ds_23423423.gma?

If you tell a server to use a Workshop collection through the command line or config files, it will download the addons for you, no extractors required. The workshop Lua file states what addons are to be downloaded by your clients, and your workshop collection determines it for the server. If you want to extract the addons, don't host a workshop collection, or vice versa. You need the Lua file for either configuration, though.
