something wrong with my ulx server

I have my own server with steamCMD and since today when i join it says "XGUI: Command getVetoState not recognized!" in chat, all my TTT options are set to 0 and a new round wont start.
Can anyone please explain whats happening and maybe how to fix this

ULX doesn't touch TTT.
Sounds like you have a broken addon or other script blocking loading of the XGUI functions, specifically, that related to maps.
Any other lua errors?
Added any addons related to ULX for TTT, or TTT maps? Tried removing them?
Also, you deleted a template that asks for SPECIFIC information when posting.
Please run "ulx version" and report results.

I know this is a HUUUUUUUUUUGE necro post but I want to add to this (since its one of the only posts in google about the error in the OP), if you use APromote try checking your settings file in /data. My data file was corrupted, deleted it and restarted my server. All issues fixed.

This seems to break EVERYTHING, ULX is just one of the few addons that consistently errored, when I had it happened my scoreboard got stuck displaying nothing, a TTT gamemode error (see below links) and some more. Nasty bug, totally unrelated to ULX but wanted to share it here incase anyone runs into it. Check those settings files!

edit: should note this also messes with ulx permissions so you'll need to delete the misc_permissions from the data folder and restart
