Move to a better connection?

We have the option to move the server to a gigabit connection, but we'll get a new IP in the process. This means people will lose their favorite marked on Ulysses HQ and we'll have a few hours downtime while people refresh their DNS cache.

What are your opinions?

Is there an additional cost, or is this just suddenly they said, hey we have a gigabit connection if you want it?

Free due to some random downtimes lasting a few seconds at a time. From what I saw of the converstaion (Meg posted to me), it seems as though its supposed to be a bit more reliable.

absolutely, just let me know anytime.  There will be about 5 minutes of downtime during the transfer and you will get new ip's

Oh, final question, bandwidth limit would be the same on the gigabit connection right?
