users.txt keeps wiping.

ULX keeps corrupting users.txt and reseting the file.

I have uploaded my users and groups.txt file to see if you can help.

Hmm, don't know if this is the cause, but at the very end of your groups.txt file you have an extra closing brace that should be removed '}', and in users.txt, try removing the line:
"name"   "Bouche Dag. ^1\"^7\"^4\""
-- and see if it works.

I think it tells you why it is resetting in the output in console, too.

I did remove that, actually removed all names and it still corrupted.

I have since fixed groups.txt and so far so good.

I believe I fixed your issues, let me know how it goes once you update to latest SVN.

We are using latest SVN as of yesterday.

And a new groups.txt file, new users without any dodgy names.

users.txt is 0kb and empty once more.

Your groups and users were both incorrectly formatted (please don't modify these files by hand). Start adding users and groups from console and let us know if you have further issues.
