xgui not showing any settings

I've combed through the forums, checked all my settings, followed procedures as best as I could to resolve problems but still cannot figure out what is wrong..

The problem I am facing is that the xgui will not show any of the server settings. Group lists does not show any players, ban list does not show any bans that are in place, checks for settings are all unticked..

I am set as the server owner will full permissions, the setting files on the server are not blank or altered. I am able to manually change settings through console commands..

I am running the latest version of ulx/ulib/xgui/apromote, I am at a loss to what could have happened.

It will help the ULX team find a fix for your problem much faster if you include a start-up log.

Ok, let me try to get that for you.. Also, i noticed that when the xgui updates, an error message of this shows.. XGUI: Command getVetoState not recognized!

It was working fine two days ago, I never made any changes to anything, this just happened out of the blue. The xgui does not respond to any changes. Server restart does not fix it. APromote stopped working.

Well, I figured out the problem. The APromote settings file got corrupted somehow, I replaced it and xgui is no longer fubar'd.. I find it strange that the settings file for that addon is not of standard format. The creator should fix this, I suppose..

Hmm, interesting. I can have a quick chat with the maker of APromote as to what may have caused the issue, but it's definitely XGUI's fault that a broken addon prevented everything from working. (And it should be relatively easy to fix, too)
