ULX breaking mods, is there a fix?

Recently I added ULX to my dedicated sever and upon doing so, a few mods (maybe more) ceased to function properly.
Namely upon adding ULX to the server FA:S 2 stops working as intended as you can no longer add attachments to weapons, and ULX also seems to break the animation cycles for a few "Pill Packs".

All these issues cease to exist when ULX is not present, is there a workaround or fix for this?

In theory, ULX should have no affect on other mods, unless they too override some access/group checks (hence why some other admin mods conflict with ULX)
As for animations, not only in theory, I see no reason ULib would affect animation cycles.
Not saying with 100% certainty, but 99%, no, it should not break animations.

This was exactly what I was thinking when trying to figure out this issue.
To such a degree that I wiped the server, re-downloaded the addons, everything worked fine. Added in ULX and then blam, the problem returns.

Edit: Should also note that I have tried the stable and latest build with no avail.

More information would be of great help in helping us determine what is causing.
Are you getting any errors in console (server AND client) after ULX is added?
Make sure your using latest ULib and ULX from our github - https://github.com/Nayruden/Ulysses/archive/master.zip (you only need, for now, the ULib and ULX within the zip, not the others)
What gamemode? If it's darkRP, then, trust me, it's likely not just ULX, but a combination of things. DarkRP has never seemed to like ULX, especially when Fadmin is enabled, or you've created a Owner group instead of a team called owner and don't have proper superadmin inheritance set up.
I've read some of the comments at the Steam workshop release of FA:S 2 - it doesn't seem to be stable - at all. It's an alpha release. That would tend to make me think that, though it might only happen when you add ULX, it's not something we'll be able to fix.
How many other addons?
Can you start without any other addons except for ULib and ULX, then add 1 or 2 addons at a time until you start seeing issues? (Example - Shut down server - ULib - ULX - start/test - shut down/add FA:S 2 - start/test - shut down/add ??? - start/test)

There are no errors in the console after ULX/ULIB are added, the server is already running the latest version (as of 24 hours ish).
As far as gamemode goes, we are just running standard sandbox.
We do have quite a few mods in the server however.
I will do as you suggest and try the server with only ULX/ULIB and see what happens from there.

Ok, while I have been quite busy recently and never had time to investigate with a fresh install, the issues however did stop.
While early tests when using all the mods in the server, adding ULX did seem to be the straw that broke the camels back so to speak.
However to my knowledge I am told that a "Portal Gun" mod was the cause of the problem and that mod was either removed or updated and as of that, no more mods are broken.

So while adding ULX broke the mods it wasn't the main culprit here.
Just wanting to say thanks to all that replied and tie off this thread!
