Normal users can edit other people's props and other things

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.60
ULX v3.70

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: Sandbox

My issue is that normal users can edit other people's props, etc without any permission, including things by super admins. Is there any way to fix this?

BrianTheGuy, ULX has nothing to do with prop protection by default.
We leave that to the gamemodes and other addons as BuzzKill suggests.
