Console adding ranks

I was wondering if there is a way that the console could add ranks like trusted after they have played a certain amount of gametime. Thanks

Yes its autopromote and utime in the release section although this can effect server performance ive found if u use alot of workshop and scriptfodder addons unless ur well optimized and use MYSQL with your addons its not that big of a deal.
