Maybe if you give us some more information we'd have something to go off of?

ok

i just upload some stuff (nothing that messes with ulx just some stools) and restarted the server and i went in and i didnt have admin but another admin did(one of my friends) and i said wtf so i did a full reinstall of ulx and then we both didnt have admin.

the has also been something wrong with the jails 2 people can move the jails around and get out of them.

want more do you want? my question would be what would turn ulx off and on at radmon times?

Remove all addons but ulx and ulib, play for a while, see if anything goes wrong. If that works, another mod is conflicting.

I'm running the current SVN release on my dedicated server, and I don't notice any bugs at all. Did you're other admin have access through the users.txt file and you had access through the file created by ULX? or the other way around? If you do a clean install with no admins in the users.txt file that garry created, then yes.. your user.txt file created by ULX is going to get overwritten and you'll lose all your users.

One of our latest SVN releases (50 something) use a new dll that requires the server be restarted, not just the map. Due to the way MSWindows locks dlls, an entire restart must be done for it to be loaded.
Our official 3.11 release doesn't require this though.

AJ92, like Megiddo says in a previous post.... and since you didn't use the addon method for Wire/advdupe, I strongly suggest backing up your admin users, banned users and server.cfg files, and deleting your gmod ded server installation.
Reinstall clean, then add ULib and ULX to addons.
Test to see if it works.
Then add addons one at a time. Don't do any wierd way.

the has also been something wrong with the jails 2 people can move the jails around and get out of them.

Note: Many stools, some prop protects affect the way our jail encloses people. Though we try to make our code robust...it can't, and will most likely never be, able to account for all stools on its own.
Please start from scratch, and add in one at a time until you determine which tool has broken ULX.
Let us know what it was.
Maybe we can include work around.
