Sorry, I actually didn't cover that one since it was so similar to the loadouts. So far you are correct. Here are the steps to follow.

Tool Restrictions
================================================
1: Type URestrict in the consol
2: Open the tools tab
3: Select a tool to apply restrictions to (Left Column)
4: Click add (Center Column)
5: Select the newly added tool (Center Column)
6: Click allow/deny (Right Column)
7: Now type in the groups you would like to allow/deny use
    of the tool separating each with a space then press enter

So I have done this, but I noticed that wire_igniter dose not show up, any ideas why? Also when is the next update planned?

I'm am sorry to inform you, but I will not be supporting this plugin.
I encourage that anyone capable pick this project up.

I do not have to time or resources to continue developing for Ulysses for the time being.
I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to .

I sincerely apologize for leaving everyone in the dark and being absent on the forums.

I've actually been slowly developing my own restriction system.  It is far from complete, but maybe I'll create a XGUI module for it and release it.  We'll see..

Hi, I have a couple of questions about your pluggin, which btw sounds great :P

Question 1: I downloaded it using the SVN that was recommended on the first page, and i got some files, but, seeing as my server is hosted elsewhere, i had to move the Addons file Urestrict to the server owner using FTP. Now i restarted my server, but when i type in console, "URestrict" nothing comes up,
Potential reasons:
  1. I transmitted it using FTP access
  2. The server provider uses linux
  3. There are a couple of folders that are empty for some reason,

Question 2: The reason i am trying to download URestrict is to restrict 2 specific vehicles from everyone. Jeep and Airboat, I want people to spawn chairs, but if someone spawns a Jeep or Airboat the entire server crashes, so i need to restrict the Jeep and Airboat, Can your pluggin allow you to do this

If you'd have read some previous posts, you'd see that development on this has stopped and the plugin no longer functions correctly.

Hey guys,

I'm trying to restrict the use of some vehicles so users cant use them but whatever i add in urestrict they are still able to spawn them...

Im trying make these non-spawnable for users:
