Spamming commands overrides immunity settings.

So my moderators, given access to commands with the tag "%user" appear to be able to use their powers on anyone... if they spam the command enough, through !menu.

This is a serious issue, so if anyone can help, that would be swell.

Wow, you're right. I had to setup a script to do it fast enough, but it appears as cpu usage goes up you can sneak a command through once in a while. Looking into it now.

Fixed in ULib rev 112. Had to do with a change to the hook library garry made and I missed. Sorry 'bout that!
