That also tells me that users just don't know how to use the console... or binds... or anything else in ULX...

SAS, which actually have some pretty good, new ideas. The new bits I see are the focus on cross-server integration and the way permissions are hierarchical (granting access to 'weapons' implicitly grants access to 'weapons.crowbar').
