Votekick requires the ability to specify a reason like kick and ban. There is nothing more annoying then when you votekick a spammer, and the vote fails so hes like "Haha! I can get away with this!" and spams harder.
I'm sure it can't be too hard and there is plenty of room on the message box for it.
