ULX help none

hi i am trying to use ulx and i have svn but it still wont let me be admin i type in ulx help and none so and i put ulx and ulib to the addon fider so yeah i need help.

Hello,
I installed ULX and ULib on my addon folder and in-game when I type ulx help in console it says Unknown Command.
Can you help me get it to work.

I assume there is some thing wrong with the current version of ULX.
