People without noclip cant fly when dead.

So i have this TTT server and when a person dies they can fly through the walls and and spectate. But i noticed that i didn't give guests or users the right to noclip so they are stuck and cant move. How can i fix this without giving them the right to noclip but allow them to fly around WHEN DEAD.
cause usually you are supposed to be able to fly around when dead but without noclip activated for them they cant.
And if i activate noclip they can abuse and fly around and RDM. SO can someone please tell me how i can fix this. THank you.

I'm 99% sure your inability to spectate when dead isn't caused by ULX (or it's noclip), and is most likely a server setting (or is another mod/gamemode conflict).

As I have no TTT experience, are  you _sure_ you're supposed to be able to fly around/spectate?
I only question because when I die in Sandbox, I'm 'attached' in 3rd person view to my body.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know where to tell you to start looking.
If another of your mods is watching for player death, then it is most likely breaking the game mode spectate portion.

No i tried with noclip and without, when dead without noclip i cant fly through walls and stuff when dead ( im supposed to be able to fly through walls) and when i have noclip on whenim dead i can fly through anything. ANad it doesnt have to be turned on, the rank just has to have the ablility to noclip for it to work.

people are suppose to be able to noclip while "ghosted" aka dead

you broke something in ttt im not going to try and guess what you broke  do a fresh install and put things in one by one and figure out what you did, its probably something you DONT need for ttt

FIXED IT! Easy fix. All i had to do was get rid of uclip. SO i realized thats fo Darkrp so i only use ulx and ulib now. TY FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

Glad you fixed it, but, no, UClip is not for DarkRP.
UClip is intended for Sandbox, or any game mode derived from it.
Any gamemode in which when you die, you're not expected to be able to go through other peoples props.
UClip was doing it's job. Preventing you from going through stuff.
Perhaps we'll improve UClip to look for only Sandbox.
