Physgunning Players issue

Well, our server is running ULX and our coder group isn't allowed to pick up players or put them down, what is the access code for this?  I thought it was can_target until yesterday and I am completely baffled as to what it is.  Help me please?

Surprised you didn't find it looking at your admin permissions in XGUI.
