ULX GUI do not update!

ULX GUI do not update group ranks, nor' adverts!
I can use "ULX ADDUSER" or even do it in the GUI, but the GUI do not update when i'm adding someone to a group.
Everything works normally, just not updating.

Edit: Found out that garrysmod/data/ulid/users.txt keeps rewriting it self with me as superadmin... And i keep deleting it... And i have a freshly installed ULX and Ulid Addon

Unfortunately, I do not understand much of what you are trying to explain.
I'll touch on what I do understand.
If any other file/addon/gamemode is adding you to group "superadmin", ULib detects this, and places you in superadmin group in that file automatically.
If you are server host, you SHOULD be superadmin. It's the highest group Gmod recognizes.
Check your /settings/users.txt to see if you are superadmin there.
if not there, another addon or game mode, or your editing/deleting files while the server is running (bad no-no).

Make sure you have latest ULib and ULX from our github.
Your XGUI panel should have "v14.8.9" in it as of this posting.
