Hey guys i really want to ban this corrupt coder but i dont know how i cant ban him no matter how we ban him he always comes back he has so many steam accounst and he can change his ip easily and the reason i want him ban is because he is black mailing me to take off his addons that i paid him to make and he says he can exploit them and i know he can. Anyways is there someway to ban someone by there hardware id and yes i know that sounds crazy but there has to be a way to ban someone perma. Also for all thoese peopl that say just ban him on all his steam accounts well he will make more beacuse he will just family share gmod. If you guys have any ideas please let me know
