ULX Ban/Kick Reasons not showing under Server settings

I am a headadmin on a dark RP server and I just got permissions for  xgui_svsetting. I wanted to change some things and I recognized I don't have The ULX Ban/Kick Reasons. Is there any way to fix this? My superiors have it but I do not?

You must have access to "xgui_managebans" (or the Ban menu) in order to be able to add/remove kick and ban reasons. Please double check your permissions and make sure you have the required accesses.
