Not in the FAQS. I found out how though through a bit of googling and reading. Almost missed it.

Right-click the top of the srcds window (where the X button resides). Select edit, select "select all" and just press enter.

Disabling all ULX/ULib dependent addons and leave only UPS doesn't help.

UPDATE: This message -> "SQLite query returned nil. This is normal if you're performing things like UPDATE or INSERT queries." is unrelated to our problem. It disappears when I disable addons other than UPS, so it's not related.

UPDATE2: Even a listen server doesnt help (yes the server itself doesn't seem to detect that it has UPS, and the same message Mika32 gets appear). Mind boggling.

Probably related to SVNs. I guess I really do need non-svn builds  ;D

UPDATE3: Unolimited isn't working as well. I think this is related.

My friends and I have gotten this on my server many times before, even before the latest GMod update.
Anyone got a clue what's causing this?

I wasn't able to replicate the issue, but pushed a possible fix to SVN all the same. Let me know if you continue to have this problem after updating SVN.

It works now, except for the fact that everyone can't do anything to their own prop. They can only spawn. This is on purely ULX, ULib and UPS

No other mods, and no errors in server console or client consoles? I'm unable to replicate the issue on a friend's server as well as my own.

For me, people cant touch their props except admins.. And HUD + utilities not working..

Woot? Something magical just happened.. All my mods started working again.. It wasnt even gmod update, or was it? Anyways, I didnt even SVN update or steam update.. Weird

People were complaining about physgun not working on my server, so i tried downgrade my self to theyre level. I got the same error...
