Any type of RTV?

Hello,
ULX is great, the only thing that I would LOVE is for something related to RTV (Rock The Vote)

I know there is votemap but rtv adds more openness to the players, is there currently a plugin or something related to that I have missed?
Another problem is when I try to do ulx_adminmenu I get: "Sorry, this menu is only available in a sandbox gamemode." How can I fix this?

What is rock the vote?

As far as the menu, are you in a sandbox gamemode?

Rock The Vote is basically is votemap, but without the MAP part.
It goes like this:
Player: rtv
Player has started to rock the vote, say "rtv" or "rock the vote" to join (1 more)
Player2: rtv
Player2 rocked the votes
Menu comes up with all the maps found in maplist.exe
Players pick what map they want
Map with the most votes wins

The adminmenu only has controls on there for sandbox gamemode, like limits and stuff, so you wouldn't ever need to use it. You want to use ulx clientmenu if you want to access the slap/slay and other player commands.

So.. the difference between votemap and rock the vote is an annoying menu? Votemap already pops up a message with instructions on how to vote, for anyone who wants to participate. I don't think stealing mouse and keyboard input would be an improvement.

It's way better

It's votemap with more openness, instead of doing "Player wants to change map to"
it's "Player wants to change map". It makes changing the map easier

Sounds like Fretta's map changing thing. That would be cool I guess but I don't see the point since votemap is pretty much the same thing.
