ULX ULIB install etc

hey guys i did not really know where to place it so i placed it here
i am new to the forum so hey every1 xD
i have my own garrys mod dedicated server and i did install ULX and ULIB i just extracted them in addons but how do i give myself admin?

and btw maybe someone here knows alot of garrys mod servers because i am new to them!
so does anyone know how to install wire for your server and uhm this http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=80764 and http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=43654 maybe i wont install one of them or some but its just so that i know how to install weapons to the server

Re: Admin in ULX - Read, follow, understand the readme.txt files. They're located in addons\ulib and addons\ulx if you followed install directions properly.
Make SURE you downloaded ULib and ULX from our ulyssesmod.net site..don't use garrysmod.org for admin mods (many get uploaded with modified code)
We also have FAQ site (Frequently asked question)... 'how do I make admin' is probably one most viewed.

You'll have to read the instructions that come with each mod, or, find the original release thread that those releases were made.
