Group permissions not showing in !menu

Im sorry if this has been answered before. I looked all over and found only one post on something that sounded like it, and the solutiopn wasnt posted. so basically, ive just opened a server, and given myself super admin. I type !menu and i have the stuff for user. Ive restarted the server of course, and no luck. any help?

Sounds like something is conflicting with groups or you didn't really set yourself as superadmin on the server.
See http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,383.0.html and the other access FAQs or try the factory resetting ULib/ULX and add yourself again.

okay. I did everything on that link, and while I thought it would fix the problem when i got onto the server the same thing was happening. http://prntscr.com/3z17r4    (I renamed this, and let it remake its self, and the deleted the old one. same for next pic)

ulx debuginfo tells me that I don't have access to the command

The double // indicates a comment, meaning those lines are being ignored. You'll want to remove them before the line with your name/SteamID. Alternatively, it is recommended to add yourself as a user via the server console (RCon, however you can access it) by doing "ulx adduser waffle superadmin".

okay! adding myself through the console seemed to do the trick. thank you both for you help!

The fact you got that error means you did it in client console.
Just to make sure anyone else ever reading the FAQ..it's printed quite clearly in bold, you must use the 'server' console when using that command if you're having access issues with your client.
