xgui groups/adverts issue PLEASE HELP

Hey i have recently encountered an issue with xgui. Ill add someone to a group and they will be added, but it will no longer show there name in the group, its its alot harder to remove them from the group, or see who is in the group. I have tried removing the addon folders and all the data folders for ulx and ulib, then reinstallling a fresh copy. Still nothing.
In the screenshots, i am a superadmin(or else i would not be able to open the groups tab). I even removed all of the addons other then ulx and ulib, still no luck. So its not an addon. The console screenshot that i think has something to do with it is the code that its being repeated constantly. Please helpp.


The image is a little hard to see so what it says is:
removiid: couldn't find STEAM_0:192046224
Writing cfg/banned_user.cfg.

That code is being repeated every 5 seconds constantly.

Sounds like some sort of odd exploit to me. "removeid" being repeated many times at the same time you can't see "who" is in your groups list.
You should manually review your gmod server/data/ulib/groups.txt file and see if the same/similar steamid as is being 'removeid' every 5 minutes is in it.
If so, search for extra code you didn't install.

Make sure there aren't any workshop addons you've recently installed- it sounds like there's some rogue code somewhere that's specifically always unbanning the guy who wrote it, probably.
